This site celebrates those of us who can't seem to let go of the "child within." The ones who watch the Cartoon Network more than the evening news. The grown adult who would rather spend their Saturday night in an arcade playing pinball than watch the latest Hollywood blockbuster. Does this sound like anyone you know? If not, allow me to briefly introduce myself. My name is Amy, I'm 29, and I basically consider myself a "grown up kid/tomboy". I still buy and collect toys I deem "cool", my husband and I have a collection of 80's style arcade games, and I still avidly watch Looney Tunes cartoons. Yes, I pay my bills on time and conduct myself in a (somewhat) mature & responsible manner from 8-5, M-F. However, the rest of the time is MINE... and if I choose to build model robots, eat candy until I'm nauseous, and contemplate how Bugs Bunny's life would be different if he had only taken that left turn at Albuquerque, then so be it.
